As the Vice President of Operations and programs for LA Tennis, Inc., Susan manages various tennis facilities across Los Angeles, including partnerships with homeowners associations, hotels, and city parks. She  manages Rhino Crash Sports Group and is also the Program Director for Aceing Autism, where she spearheads adaptive tennis programs designed to make the sport accessible to individuals with autism. Beyond adaptive coaching, Susan works with WTA player Veronika Miroshnichenko, demonstrating her commitment to advancing players at the professional level.

Another one of Susan's significant contributions is her creation of Mommy, Daddy And Me Tennis®, a breakthrough system of introducing the sport to the youngest players with parental engagement, making tennis easy and fun to learn and enjoy as a lifelong family activity.

Nardi’s exceptional coaching reputation gained national recognition when the Positive Coaching Alliance honored her at the 2021 National Youth Coaching Awards, making her the first tennis coach to receive the prestigious National Double-Goal Coach Award.

Susan is a Senior Contributor at Sports EdTV, sharing her knowledge and coaching expertise with their growing global community. She also writes articles for RacketBusiness.com and continues to inspire and educate tennis players and coaches at every level with her insightful articles.

She says, "Oscar's MTM is the foundation in which all tennis excellence begins. It is the foundation of my approach with all ages and skill levels."
