A true student of the sport, Philippe Matta presents an impressive list of tennis coaching credentials from several international organizations, including PTR, USPTA, LTA, RPT, ITF, GPTCA, Rafa Nadal Academy and, of course, Oscar Wegner’s MTMCA. His study also includes fitness, nutritional and mental coaching. A polyglot, Philippe offers lessons and coach training in Arabic, French, English and Portuguese  He delivers tennis training seminars for several organizations both in person and virtually, and he hosts junior and adult tournaments in Lebanon.

As a true student of the game, Philippe has studied MTM assiduously since earning his initial certification in 2015. Since then he has expanded his knowledge of MTM to qualify as a Level IV Pro Clinician/Tester, the highest ranking awarded to teaching professionals by Oscar Wegner himself.

For the past several years Philippe has served as International Certification Director for MTMCA, assisting coaches from all over the world in earning their MTM certificates. He has helped dozens of coaches study for the rigorous New MTM University certification courses, hosting Level I and II clinics for coaches in locations throughout the Middle East.

Philippe has travelled the world from Cyprus to England, Europe, the Iberian Peninsula, Brazil and throughout the Middle East to expand his knowledge of tennis and bring tennis to deserving coaches and players. He currently coaches players of all age and ability levels in his home city of Beirut.
