Strike A Pose

At the end of your groundstrokes strike a pose for an instant with your upper body, looking at the ball in flight.

The lower part of your body may be recovering towards the center of the court, or dancing a few steps, but leave your arm at the finish point, relating it to the placement of the ball on the other side of the net.

This gives an elegant and professional appearance to your stroke, separating the upper body from your feet.
