A good practice is to get someone to feed you balls while you walk back slowly and very assuredly, making sure you don’t fall back. Start near the net and walk backwards slowly and casually. Don’t hesitate, be smooth. Wait for the ball and strike it with a really good finish, still going back until you reach the baseline.
